All orders are processed & shipped within 48 hours of purchase. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office (USPS) directly. Houseofeatl is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once the package is in the possession of the shipping company.Also, it is the customer’s duty to input the correct shipping address. Houseofeatl is not responsible for any incorrectly put address information.
All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure to repurchase another size or another item.
- You have 14 days to return your unworn, undamaged item(s) to be granted a store credit. Your package must be postmarked by the 14th day after it's been delivered in order to be accepted.
- Your return will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt and you will receive an email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
- Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.
- Customers must ship their items back using their preferred shipping method and are responsible for the postage amount. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- All items are carefully inspected for damage prior to shipping. However, in the case that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will issue you store credit to repurchase or we will ship a replacement out to you. We will issue a return label for you to ship the incorrect/damaged item back to us within 5 days.
